AliveFileConverter
This tool converts AliveCor ECG files from the proprietary ATC format produced by AliveCor into the European Data Format (EDF) format that can be used by Kubios HRV for heart rate variability analysis.
Download and Install
Instructions

Log into your AliveCor account at app.alivecor.com using a web browser such as Safari or Chrome.

Click View PDF to view the PDF of one of the ECGs

Change the .pdf extension in the web address to .atc and press Enter to download the ATC file.

Run AliveFileConverter, click Browse and select the downloaded .atc file, then Click Export

Run Kubios HRV Premium and select File Open. Click Options and select European Data Format (EDF) files (*.edf, *rec), then select the .edf file exported from AliveFileConverter and click Open

Kubios will import and analyze the ECG recording
